Stamp - Rescue a Rabbit

When Dolla, my Fuzzy Lop came into my local shelter she was thought to be no older then 8-9 weeks old. Her previous owners had bought her for their kids, a month earlier. She was so servery matted they had to shave her fur off and it literally came off in one big sheet. Today, Dolla doesn't let those first few weeks of her life effect her. She now happily lives with two other rabbits and loves to beg and hop on my lap. She also loves to get into trouble and make her mommy's life difficult whenever possible. :)

Also, meet Charlotte, a recently rescued rabbit.


So... Before you run to the pet store and adopt a cute baby bunny RESEARCH! Make sure a rabbit is the right pet for you. They are not low maintenance and require as much commitment as a dog. Once you know a rabbit is for you RESCUE!
